Virtual private coaching sessions are 1 hour long and are fully customizable to support you and your unique needs. Each session is unique and can include yoga, meditation, and wellness coaching modalities. Together, we will set a plan based on your unique needs and goals. Private sessions are an excellent way to jump start a healthy lifestyle, establish a new yoga practice, address injuries and/or physical limitations, or advance an established yoga practice.
IN-PERSON THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE AND YOGA SESSIONS
Professional therapeutic massage and yoga sessions are offered at your home or office. As a licensed massage therapist for 20 years and registered yoga teacher for 15 years, Pam has a wealth of experience with a variety of massage modalities and is extremely knowledgeable about functional anatomy.
Massage Services: Pam specializes in Thai Massage which can be performed either on a Thai mat on the floor or on a massage table. Of course, therapeutic table massage is also available. Every massage is tailored to your needs and includes any modality that is needed to achieve the desired result, whether that's swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, or cupping.
Yoga Sessions: Private or semi-private yoga sessions are uniquely created for each client. Sessions can include yoga, breathwork, and/or meditation. With one-on-one guidance, private yoga sessions are an excellent way to establish a new yoga practice, address injuries and/or physical limitations, or advance an established yoga practice.
