Meet your Therapist ~ Pam Cote, LMT, RYT
I began my massage therapy career after graduating from massage school In New Hampshire in 2000. I had enrolled in massage school without ever having had a massage (true story!) but I intuitively knew that this was my calling, my dharma. In 2003, I completed my yoga teacher training through Integrative Yoga Therapy and became certified to teach yoga.
After experiencing the therapeutic benefits of both massage and yoga, I knew I wanted offer a service that combined the best of both and started my training in Thai Massage in 2014. Since then, I have taken multiple courses in both Traditional Thai Massage and Clinical Thai Bodywork and have a deep love for this style of work.
My love of movement and my passion to help people make healthy choices in life has led me to also complete coaching certifications in Integrative Nutrition, Spartan SGX (obstacle course racing), and USA Olympic Weightlifting.
And I haven't stopped learning...
I'm currently enrolled in an Ayurveda Practitioner certification program. Ayurveda means the "Science of Life" and places great emphasis on prevention and maintenance of health through balanced diet and living according to the rhythm of nature. According to Ayurveda, establishing a healthy and consistent routine, or dinacharya, allows the body to be in tune with the cycles of nature, promoting optimal wellness.
My goal is provide you with the best and most comprehensive wellness services so you can feel, move, and live better!
